Who is this pottery class for?
This class is perfect for beginners and anyone interested in exploring the artistic side of pottery through handbuilding techniques. No prior experience is necessary.
What will I learn?
- Pinch, coil, and slab techniques
- Creating various forms such as pots, vases, and sculptures
- Techniques for adding texture and decorative elements
- Surface finishing techniques
Do I need to bring anything?
All materials and tools are provided. Just bring your creativity and a willingness to learn!
Will I get covered in clay?
Handbuilding is far less messy than wheel throwing, but you’ll still be working with clay. Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
How long is the class?
The class runs on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
